In the rare case you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website, you may return it to any Outdoor Warehouse store within six months – or to the Webstore within 48 hours – for a refund, replacement, or exchange, provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy have been satisfied.

We will exchange or refund a product provided that:

1. There is valid proof of purchase, i.e. a till slip

2. It is within 6 months of the original purchase date

3. It is in its original packaging or condition, i.e. the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable), the product is unworn and unused, and the online store's price ticket is still attached

4. For hygiene reasons, underwear, including swimwear (excluding bras) may not be returned or exchanged

Refunds and/or exchanges will be accepted at any Outdoor Warehouse store countrywide,

provided all of the requirements above are satisfied.

All refunds are proceed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type, and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account.

1. If you want to return something you purchased online at www.outdoorwarehouse.co.za, because the item you received is either damaged or not what you ordered, you can do so in one of these two ways:

- Return the item – along with the accompanying invoice – to your nearest Outdoor Warehouse store. We can then happily refund or exchange your purchase; or

- Email customercare@outdoorwarehouse.co.za and request Outdoor Warehouse to collect the item within 48 hours of its delivery. Outdoor Warehouse will send a courier, at our own cost, to collect the damaged or incorrect item and replace it with the correct product.

2. If you wish to exchange or return something that you purchased online at www.outdoorwarehouse.co.za, and have met the above conditions for refund or exchange, you can do so in one of two ways:

- Return the item – along with the accompanying invoice – to your nearest Outdoor Warehouse store; or

- Send the selected item back to our Webstore with your invoice. Your credit card will thereafter be refunded with the appropriate amount.

Please note: the cost of couriering the product back to our Webstore shall be incurred by the purchaser.

Yes! We recommend that items purchased online be exchanged, or refunded, at any of our 38 stores located nationwide in South Africa, provided that:

- There is valid proof of purchase, i.e. original tax invoice

- It is within 6 months of the original purchase date

- It is in its original packaging or condition

- The security seal or shrink wrap is intact

- It is unworn, unused, and the online store's price ticket is attached

- We have confirmation of funds received in our account

Items purchased online can also be refunded through the Webstore within 48 hours of acceptance of delivery. After the 48-hour period, the items can only be refunded at any of our 38 stores located nationwide.

Products purchased online can be exchanged at any of our nationwide Outdoor Warehouse stores. No product exchanges can be done through our Webstore. Refunds can ONLY be processed on the credit card used for the original purchase, this is applicable to returns made to the online store, and all stores nationally.

All major banks have a standard policy of processing refunded credit card transactions within 7 - 10 business days.
